Writing a progress report

Writing a progress report

< All Topics

A progress report is an update of a project start-up. It is a document that describes the steps that have been completed and the steps that are remaining towards the completion of that project.

This report will access what takes place during the project and therefore it will convey to the organization, details such as what has been accomplished, what has been expanded, what problem has been encountered, and whether the project is expected to be completed on time and within budget.

Usually, a progress report is prepared at set intervals, for example, if the project is for a 5year period. They can ask the contractor to give an update/progress report every year to know the progress.
